Recently, I had the pleasure of being a guest on People, their Passion and Purpose Podcast episode. Below you will find a short summary of what was discussed during the Podcast. https://youtu.be/qU3cdIYG_54?feature=shared
Having lived through it myself, I’ve made it my mission to help families navigating divorce create a home environment that feels like a haven — one filled with love, hope, peace, and, above all, harmony. I want to show divorced parents that life doesn’t have to be filled with conflict, anger, or resentment. Instead, they can learn acceptance and find the strength to move forward in their new co-parenting lifestyle.
The following is a short summary of what was discussed on the Podcast.
In today’s fast-paced and often chaotic world, it’s easy to get swept up in conflict, judgment, and stress. But what if we could pause, reflect, and choose a path that spreads love and harmony instead?
In a recent conversation that touched the hearts of many, Anna—a devoted parent, coach, and advocate for conscious co-parenting—shared profound insights on how we can live with more intention, compassion, and peace.
Start With Yourself: “My Lane”
Anna introduces a powerful framework built around three archetypes:
- My Lane
- Your Lane
- The Universal Lane
It begins with your lane—how you show up in the world. Your energy is contagious. Are you bringing positivity, patience, and resilience into your relationships? Taking responsibility for your actions is the first step toward creating an environment of growth and emotional safety, especially for your family and your children.
When you feel overwhelmed, remember: it’s okay to take a pause. Breathe. Don’t react—respond. Choose to be proactive and solution-oriented. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being present.
Let Go of Judgment: “Your Lane”
The next step is letting go of what others think of you. As Anna wisely puts it:
“What he or she thinks about you is none of your business.”
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but that doesn’t make it true or relevant to your path. Staying grounded in your own truth is an act of self-respect and emotional maturity. You don’t need external validation when you are certain of your values and your love for your child.
Trust the Process: “The Universal Lane”
Some things are simply out of your control—and that’s okay. The universe unfolds in its own time. Instead of clinging to what you can’t change, focus on what you can—your mindset, your actions, your heart.
Letting go of control doesn’t mean giving up. It means trusting that life has a rhythm, and that peace comes from aligning with it.
Focus on the Good
It’s tempting to dwell on flaws, especially in co-parenting situations. But Anna challenges us to shift perspective:
“He is a good parent. She is a good mom. Recognize the beautiful qualities in each other.”
We all played a role in creating our children. There is something to honor in that shared history, and focusing on strengths creates a more supportive environment for the next generation.
A Ripple Effect of Love
One of the most touching moments came when Anna shared a personal story: her bonus son is now a bonus dad, continuing the cycle of love and mutual respect. The kindness we model today becomes the standard for tomorrow. This is how we create generational change—not through force, but through love.
A Final Thought
Healing, growth, and harmony are not one-time achievements—they are daily choices. And when things get tough, it’s okay to ask for help. As Anna reminds us:
“If I need help, then I’m going to go get help.”

Let’s choose to lead with love. Let’s choose to stay in our lane, trust the process, and build a better world—one kind interaction at a time.
Peace, love, and harmony to you all.
